Terms & Conditions

Orders

Orders may be placed by phone during regular shop hours via email, please include link and photos. Estimates cannot be given without shop drawings or photos, therefore email inquiries are preferred.

Payment

A 50% deposit is required at invoicing. The balance in full is due before shipping or pick up. The Sofa Upholstery accepts checks and all major credit cards. We are not registered with VAT.

Storage

Due to insurance and space constraints, we cannot store merchandise on the premises longer than 4 weeks from completion and notification. After which time, a storage charge will need to be negotiated.
